Fees & Payment

Assessment fees vary depending on the questions being explored and the scope of testing needed. Standard fees are available for ADHD, autism, and combined ADHD/autism assessments. More comprehensive or individualized evaluations are priced based on the scope of the assessment. 

Comprehensive evaluation of ADHD and relevant mental health concerns, including clinical interview, standardized assessment, collateral information when appropriate, diagnostic integration, feedback session, comprehensive written report, and individualized recommendations. 

Includes clinical and developmental assessment, standardized measures, collateral information when appropriate, diagnostic integration, feedback session, and a comprehensive written report with individualized recommendations. The standard assessment includes up to one hour of collateral consultation. 

An integrated evaluation when both ADHD and autism are part of the diagnostic question. Includes clinical and developmental assessment, standardized ADHD and autism measures, assessment of relevant mental health concerns, collateral information when appropriate, diagnostic integration, feedback session, and a comprehensive written report with individualized recommendations. The standard assessment includes up to one hour of collateral consultation. 

For more complex or individualized assessment questions that may involve multiple possible diagnoses or evaluation of cognitive abilities, learning, memory, executive functioning, emotional functioning, personality, or other relevant areas.

The scope of the evaluation is determined by the questions being explored and may include clinical interview, standardized psychological and cognitive testing, collateral information or records when appropriate, diagnostic integration, feedback session, and a comprehensive written report with individualized recommendations.

Some comprehensive assessments can be completed virtually, while others require in-person testing in Edina, Minnesota, depending on the referral question and assessment measures needed.

Fees are based on the anticipated professional time required at a rate of $250 per hour. The scope, format, and estimated total cost will be discussed with you before the assessment begins.

For professionals and leaders seeking a deeper understanding of their cognitive and executive functioning strengths, work patterns, and areas for development without necessarily seeking a diagnosis.

Assessments are individualized based on your goals and may examine areas such as cognitive abilities, executive functioning, attention, memory, problem-solving, and other factors relevant to how you work, make decisions, manage complexity, and lead.

Cognitive & Leadership Assessments are conducted in person in Edina, Minnesota, due to the standardized assessment measures used.

Out-of-network benefits vary considerably by plan. Reimbursement is determined by your insurance company and cannot be guaranteed by AJR & Co. 

 Payment is due at the time services are provided unless another arrangement has been established in advance. AJR & Co. accepts credit cards and eligible HSA/FSA cards. 

AJR & Co. is a private-pay, out-of-network practice and does not bill insurance directly. For eligible psychological services, a superbill can be provided for you to submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

Coverage and reimbursement vary by plan. You are encouraged to contact your insurance company directly if you would like to understand your out-of-network benefits before beginning services.

Clients are entitled to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the expected cost of care under federal law. Additional information about your rights and Good Faith Estimates is available upon request. 

At least 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations or rescheduled appointments occurring within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged the full fee for the scheduled appointment.
