Staff don't want the same mental health and working parent lip-service in their training.
I was a part of an organization that read Radical Candor together. Fantastic book and good idea! Each week, we spent evening hours reading a chapter (and extra time preparing to present if you were on for the week). We met over a lunch hour with the intention to discuss core concepts. During that hour, however, an ELT member monopolized the time and other leaders didn't feel comfortable speaking up. After months of this "leadership" training, it ended with no next steps. Nothing changed. It wasn't discussed again or put into action. It changed nothing about the leadership, culture, or workplace mental health. Just like my team did, your team will see right through ineffective approaches and disengage.
We offer individualized trainings and workshops so that organizations have better returns on training goals.
Domestic and international work has spanned group sizes from 5 to 400. Webinars can include participant engagement or can be provided in staff hands-off mode.

Leadership transformation does not happen overnight and can fail without proper assessment leading the way. If you have a struggling leadership team, or a great one that can get even better, you should do a deep-dive.
Dr. Junghans-Rutelonis has provided intensive full-day deep dives and half-day deep dives plus follow-up trainings for Mental Health Clinics and major Hospital System Divisions.
