Trainings, Workshops, and Team Experiences

Why do you need this in your organization?

Staff don't want the same mental health and working parent lip-service in their training.

I was a part of an organization that read Radical Candor together. Fantastic book and good idea! Each week, we spent evening hours reading a chapter (and extra time preparing to present if you were on for the week). We met over a lunch hour with the intention to discuss core concepts. During that hour, however, an ELT member monopolized the time and other leaders didn't feel comfortable speaking up. After months of this "leadership" training, it ended with no next steps. Nothing changed. It wasn't discussed again or put into action. It changed nothing about the leadership, culture, or workplace mental health. Just like my team did, your team will see right through ineffective approaches and disengage.

We offer individualized trainings and workshops so that organizations have better returns on training goals.

  • 1-hour virtual trainings or micro-sessions on narrowly focused material
  • Virtual or in-person lunch-and-learns
  • Cross-functional team communication workshops
  • Value and goal setting workshops
  • Intensive, multi-day team experiences

Domestic and international work has spanned group sizes from 5 to 400. Webinars can include participant engagement or can be provided in staff hands-off mode.

Recent topics have included the following:

  • Women's Network ERG at Global Financial Institution "Self-Care, Science, and Resiliency"
  • Front Line Manager Trainings for Global Financial Institution "Change Management, Well Being, and Staff Resistance" and "Authentic Communication Skills"
  • National Litigation Law Firm "What is Coaching and How to Use it to Meet Your Goals"
  • National Investment Bank Micro-Series "Helping Parents Maximize Summer Schedules"
  • Women's Networking and Leadership Organizations "Mindfulness and Self-Compassion for Women"
  • Mental Health Clinics, Major Hospital System Divisions - Small leadership group strength and weakness interviews, report and data review, and group findings meeting

Leadership Deep-Dives

Why do you need this in your organization?

Leadership deep dives provide an evidence-based approach to getting to the heart of your strengths and weaknesses. Leadership transformation does not happen overnight and can fail without proper assessment leading the way. If you have a struggling leadership team, or a great one that can get even better, you should do a deep-dive.

Dr. Junghans-Rutelonis has provided intensive full-day deep dives and half-day deep dives plus follow-up trainings for Mental Health Clinics and major Hospital System Divisions.

Deep dives include:

  • Small leadership group strength and weakness interviews utilizing gold standard assessment measures
  • Individual leader reports and findings review
  • Compressive leader team report including areas of strength and blind spots and findings review
  • Group findings meeting
  • Optional: Targeted trainings in blind spots for individual leaders
