We meet with women who are feeling stuck, whether it is in a job they dislike, one they love that simply isn’t working for them anymore, or one that is creating work/life flex difficulties they want to navigate.
For other women, they are feeling stuck in a relationship, an ill-fitting environment, or in a pattern of behavior that is no longer serving them.
While many women have experienced burn-out and stress, there is now a greater proportion of women who meet diagnostic criteria for anxiety and depression. We believe in the power of acknowledging when you are struggling and partnering with a psychologist to learn new strategies.
We also able to provide ADHD+ assessments via telemedicine.
Diagnosis of ADHD in girls and women has often been missed or delayed, but we are working to expand access to assessment services.
Knowledge about one’s brain and body is a powerful resource. Many individuals have ongoing concentration difficulties, distractibility, and organizational challenges that have only intensified with COVID.
We provide ADHD assessments for women ages 22-65.
We can also assess any of the following questions for adults:
We provide virtual mental health assessments and therapy for women. Our client's mental health difficulties are stalling forward progress in coaching, in their careers, and in their lives…

Dr. Ashley Junghans-Rutelonis works with high-achieving women, offering individual psychotherapy services and group gatherings with a clinical focus.
High-achieving women need a strong support system. I want to be the extension of your support system that partners with you to reinvigorate your mental health.
Women today have business coaches to improve presence, planning, and project management and move them forward in their career. Women have trainers and memberships to remote work-out classes. We have meal delivery subscriptions that personalize healthy food we make in our homes.
I want you to put your mental health priorities into the mix with your coach, your trainer, your meal delivery service, and your subscription box. (I actually want you to place it above your subscription boxes!)
As a clinical psychologist, I work with high-performing women who are feeling stuck. Perhaps their work with their coach is stalling due to anxiety barriers, ongoing depression that is making it hard to fully engage even when they want to, or significant sleep difficulties that make them feel cognitively groggy. Perhaps they are grieving the loss of a position, a partner’s job, or a loved one. Seeing a psychologist is a step towards bold wellness - allowing yourself to prioritize your own psychological well-being.
What is bold wellness? It means you are willing to take risks for your own wellness. It means you are courageous in saying “I am burnt-out, stressed-out, and need help.” What a bold thing for a woman to say… “I need help.” Women's mental health is health. It is okay to make it a priority. Bold Wellness also means the desire to reinvigorate and move towards strength. It doesn’t mean taking the easy road. Reaching out to a psychologist may be new and may invoke anxiety. But you do tough things all the time!
I am here to support you when you are ready to take that step and say, “I am ready to ask for what I want - I want to feel bold! I want to feel well! Let’s do this together!”

I offer workshops and trainings for your company, individual support for operationalizing early ideas through project completion, and support for your own mental health as you navigate burn-out, stress, and anxiety.
I believe you are bold and smart. I also believe that as women, we forget these things.
