Dr. Junghans-Rutelonis and a team of researchers at the Mayo Clinic completed a study examining the use of physical activity and sleep trackers in an intensive pain rehabilitation program. From obtaining grant funding to recruiting patients to running the study to data analysis and paper writing, Dr. Junghans-Rutelonis loved each step of the process and is excited to be included in the inaugural Women in Science: Pediatric Pain special issue of Frontiers in Pain Research.
