Payment can include credit or checking. Clients with insurance can often use HSA dollars. We can speak about different payment options.
Individual therapy begins with a 20-minute Fit Assessment. Fit is the most important part of a therapy relationship. Fit is about how you feel when we meet. If the fit feels right, we have a 60 minute intake session where I ask lots of questions and we determine your goals for therapy. Maybe it is stress reduction, anxiety management, values identification, or support during a difficult time. We then set a plan for how often we will meet and discuss course of therapy.
