Individual therapy begins with a 15-minute Fit Assessment phone call. Fit is the most important part of a therapy relationship. Fit is about how you feel when we meet. If the fit feels right, we have a 60 minute intake session where I ask lots of questions and we determine your goals for therapy. Maybe it is stress reduction, anxiety management, values identification, perinatal depression, or support during a difficult time. We then set a plan for how often we will meet and discuss course of therapy.
Please reach us through the Contact page if you cannot find an answer to your question.
