AJR & Co. Bold Wellness

Welcome

Dr. Ashley Junghans-Rutelonis, PhD, LP is a clinical psychologist who specializes in working with high-performing women. As a licensed clinical psychologist who has worked with women for over 10 years, she partners with clients on wellness, burn-out, stress, perfectionism, anxiety, grief, depression, sleep difficulties, and other behavioral health challenges.

Psychological services are currently offered in 34 states (see FAQ section for state list). You can find out additional information about her clinical practice on my Zencare Profile Page.

Dr. Junghans-Rutelonis is an out-of-network mental health provider. This article from Zencare does a wonderful job explaining the benefits to and reasons for meeting with an out-of-network psychologist.

Payment can include credit or checking. Clients with insurance can often use HSA dollars. We can speak about different payment options.

Credentials

At AJR & Co. Bold Wellness, we provide 1:1 time.

Individual Psychotherapy

Individual therapy begins with a 20-minute Fit Assessment phone call. Fit is the most important part of a therapy relationship. Fit is about how you feel when we meet. If the fit feels right, we have a 60 minute intake session where I ask lots of questions and we determine your goals for therapy. Maybe it is stress reduction, anxiety management, values identification, or support during a difficult time. We then set a plan for how often we will meet and discuss course of therapy.

  • Therapy occurs over a HIPPA-compliant teletherapy platform.
  • Services are out of network for insurance companies. A "superbill" will be provided for you to submit to insurance for out-of-pocket costs.
  • Initial Diagnostic Assessment: $225
  • 50-minute sessions: $200
