Dr. Ashley provides assessments specifically tailored to the needs of women. Mental heath diagnoses, research, and clinical practice focused on girls and women has often been missed or delayed. But... we know more and more about how neurodiversity presents in women. So, it is important to be evaluated by someone who is informed about nuanced presentations. Not everyone can be an expert in everything but this is Ashley's area of passion. If you are new to neurodiversity assessment or feel you have not been listened to in the past, she might be a great fit!
Dr. Ashley provides neurodiversity assessments for women ages 22-65+. In certain situations, she is able to assess girls younger than 22. Please reach out for a consultation.
She can assess any of the following questions for adults:
Dr. Ashley provides virtual and in-person therapy sessions to women who are feeling stalled, overwhelmed, stressed, anxious, and/or excited about their work and life integration. Many women reach out with general needs while others have specifics they wants to discuss including
Coaching includes coaching at individual and organizational levels. Coaching services include leadership/management skills, organizational/time management skills for adults, career development, and goals+values coaching.
High-achieving women need a strong support system, as they identify what they value and the goals that move them towards a value-driven life.
Women have trainers and memberships to remote work-out classes. They have meal delivery subscriptions that personalize healthy food they make in their homes.
We want women to put their mental health priorities into the mix with their trainers, meal delivery services, and subscription boxes. (I actually want them to place mental health above subscription boxes!)
As a psychologist and coach, Dr. Junghans-Rutelonis works with high-performing women who are feeling stuck.
We meet with women who are feeling stuck, whether it is in a job they dislike, one they love that simply isn’t working for them anymore, or one that is creating work/life integration difficulties they want to navigate. For other women, they are feeling stuck in a relationship, an ill-fitting environment, or in a pattern of behavior that is no longer serving them. Women's mental health is health. It valuable to make it a priority, create space to reinvigorate yourself, and move towards your strength.
You may be a high-performing woman in corporate, a solopreneur, or a mother performing a balancing act with all the things on your plate.
You are driven. You bring unique experiences. You have knowledge no one else can duplicate.
AJR & Co. is about creating the time and space for YOU to identify what YOU value.
We hear negative feedback about being too {insert judgement here}. We have heard it all. Over time, we start to believe what we hear and begin to value our authentic selves less.
The role of a psychologist and coach is to honor who you are and what you value.
It is to help you identify your values and actively move towards them.
We partner with high-performing women and organizations for the following:
Please reach out if you would like to discuss coaching, therapy services, assessment, organizational consultation, or inviting Dr. Ashley to participate in your next podcast.
Together we’ll boldly create and refine your path forward. We didn’t get there alone. And you don't have to either.
